Very helpful staff during the stay. Reception team helped me when I needed a charger for my iPhone and came to help me when I locked myself out of the room outside of reception desk hours. The hotel room had great heating that could be controlled with thermostat in room and big radiators to dry clothes after a day snowboarding. There was always hot water for the shower. Breakfast had a good selection of cereal, cold cuts, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, cakes etc.

We couldn’t take the breakfast one day because we left early, but the staff prepared it for us the day before so we could take it with us (some fruits, biscuits, honey). There is a free parking in the hotel yard, which is a big plus.
